V	Valerie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Person who answered the phone sounded angry, and obviously doesn't like questions thrown her way. So, if you call, be prepared to be whipped into shape. Just answer the questions she curtly throws your way, and don't even think you can question her questions. Clearly, you're the one being assessed and not the other way round. Perhaps more importantly, as long as your home is above a certain size (I think it was 1300 sq feet), you'll have to hire them to come twice a week. You will have absolutely no choice on this. This means you'll have to make time for the cleaner to come in (which is a real pain for most of us) and pay much more... even if you've had the experience that the job can be done in 4 hours, sometimes 3 even. (And yes, I did tell them this. But no, it's not up for negotiation. There's no compromise. They know best. Take it or leave it.) Making this bad review, and telling everyone to avoid them, is a no-brainer.
