This is by far the most popular fishball noodles shop in the entire market. The stall has been around for many years, I heard since the owner's mother's time. They only serve fishball minced meat noodles (with mushroom) either soup or dry. There is always a queue on weekends, however due to the stall owner's swift actions, the wait is not long. One can also spot many regular customers. I like the chilli and the mushroom, flavourful with hint of fried garlic! She is also very generous with her garnishing which makes the noodles very tasty. The typical noodle consists of 2 fishballs, slices of fishcakes, minced meat and fish dumpling. It's always tasty. I prefer the dry version in flat broad noodles (mee po), I usually have it dry with chilli and ketchup sauce. The soup with rice noodles is also flavourful, a top flavourful of most patrons! Strongly recommended! Owner does not have a fixed opening hours. She is open in morning and would often be sold out by 1.30 pm or so. Stall is closed on Monday and Tuesday.

Chance upon this stall selling fishball minced meat noodle a couple of stalls away from the Penang fried kway teow stall. This stall was operated by a couple. Their fishball noodle comes in either dry or soup and prices starts from SGD$3 onwards. The bowl of noodle came with sliced fishcake, minced pork, fish paste dumpling and braised mushroom. Portion was quite small for the SGD$3 bowl. Noodle was nicely cooked, texture of noodle was springy. Sauce has that old sch taste to it. A pity that the mee pok has already sold out for the day otherwise it would be perfect
