โ โ โ โ โ Have some inquiries for CNC pipe cutting which LISTED on their website , so i called the number 65137931 to inquiry, a lady picked up named Chris , her attitude is very unprofessional and impolite, i just ask if they have pipe cutting but she make my question sounds like i am asking a stupidest question in the world, she just can simply tell me that they have no longer offer pipe cutting service, and they have no sales team to support right now due to whatever reason. i have business wish to give to this company and she makes things like i owe her million dollars , maybe is because lack of proper customer service training ,or maybe they don't care customer service at all ? is that so ? management of Seng Leong ? many company in sg conduct business like them , which is a shame , rejecting potential business and make customer turn away , my advice ? Stay far far away
