Came here for replacement ear pads. Customer service staff were pleasant and helpful, and the waiting lounge is comfortable with complimentary beverages. But the location of the service centre is most inconvenient, either a 20-minute walk from One-North mrt station or you have to wait for the One-North Rider shuttle service every 15-20 minutes (20-cents charge via ezlink card)... alternatively, there are e-scooters and bikes for rent (but who’s got time to download yet another app for that).

Excellent customer service by a very pleasant young lady at reception. I had a problem with the power switch on my PXC550 headphones. I was expecting to maybe lose them for a few weeks whilst they were being repaired. Very pleasantly surprised to be given a new pair due to the fault. It’s service like this that makes me return to the same manufacturer when buying other items.

I entered the store not expecting much, but left absolutely blown away by the service. Upon entry I was keenly attended to. The gentleman on duty was very patient and proceeded to handle the issue with my earbuds with utmost attentiveness, even going the extra mile to explain more about the underlying problem. The issue was resolved within the quarter hour smoothly. Though the journey there was tedious, it was definitely a worthwhile one. To anyone looking to purchase superior audio equipment with an absolute peace of mind, this is the brand for you.

Great place to shop for headphones and their repair service is quick and professional. My headphone came back just like new after the repair.

I visited here to get replacement ear pads for my headphones and was attended to very promptly. There is a small counter area so they are not really equipped to handle very many waiting customers which is a good thing as well. Best to call ahead to make sure they have the part you need. Not accessible by public transport. You’ll also have to clear security and leave some form of ID before getting access to the lifts that will take you up to Sennheiser.

Good servicing, They exchange a new earbud to me within 5mins. I would be more appreciated if they can explain the faulty reason of my sennheiser momentum tw2. The location is quite far away from mrt.
