Came to Fatfreq to purchase my very first custom IEMs, and it was such an amazing experience! :) The team was really friendly and patient in explaining the different type of IEMS - and also advice which would be the first fit for me! Have been using my IEMs for a few weeks now, and all I can say it - I absolutely love it, it's soooo good :) definitely a go-to place for IEMs!

The team at Fatfreq had given a new life for my all time favourite UE triplefi 10 pro and superfi 5 pro! I like the UE sound signature very much. Somehow I discovered Fatfreq, and I was asking if they can combine both IEMs into one to make it sound even better and fuller. The outcome is fantastic! The bass goes deeper without sacrificing the high, and with the additional mid drivers, the vocals are brought forward. The sound stage remains the same which is really good. The team is friendly and professional, they would do the necessary testing and checks before proceeding the IEM “surgery”. Just spend a bit extra on the faceplates to brighten up the visual experience. Highly recommended.

Team at FATfreq were very hospitable from the moment I booked my demo appointment till when I received my CIEMs. They were also able to do the ear impressions on the day of the demo itself once I had decided on the model. Audio quality is also fantastic and meets all my requirements. Highly recommended!

Got my custom IEMs for a while now. Gotta say it's really really good! As a drummer myself I really rely a lot on my iems to hear the metronome in a live setting. And my musician Pro has really met the expectations of hearing everything clearly! Also gotta mention that the service given is top notch as well! Thank you guys for the amazing experience given!

Decided to make a pair of custom-fit ones after using my existing pair for 8 years. I should have made them sooner cause the sound is so much better! It's clear and natural. Extremely pleased with the transparency when moving between studio monitors and headphones. My mixing decisions were translated well and I don’t find any harsh frequencies. It’s overall pretty balanced with a slight bass boost (which is as per the frequency response for the Musician+ model). It is a great entry price point for anyone looking to experience custom moulds. For those worried about the low driver count, I was too. But trust your ears and try them out first. Ultimately, everyone hears differently and this suits me very well. I think Fatfreq have done a splendid job tuning them to the highest quality. The build quality feels very solid in the hands too. Customer service has been top notch as well. They’re a bunch of friendly people and are very helpful. There was no delay in the turnaround time although they did pre-empt me they were super busy with orders. PS: These are my first custom IEMs and I’ve been using them for 2 months. My applications are mixing and guitarist/programmer for live shows. I’ve always had either “good sound bad fit” or “good fit bad sound” from universal fits hence the reason I wanted to try a custom mould.
