★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit of hardselling at the start, which was fine at first. The issue was that when I said that I’m uncomfortable with the continuous sales pitch, the lady replied in mandarin that “no, you’re not uncomfortable”, which was really rather appalling to not acknowledge what your customer is saying - am I not allowed to be uncomfortable? When I tried to make the point that she should acknowledge how I am feeling, she immediately denied what she said and told me that I have to explain myself. I don’t have an issue explaining myself (although she KEPT interrupting). I have an issue with the fact that she was dismissive of her customer’s feedback and feelings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for my appointment today at 12pm but realised that the shop was not open at all and there were no updates to let me know about the closure of the shop today, whatsapp call and messages to the business account were not answered or replied. Still no updates on my this situation till now. Really a poor and negative experience this time
