Seribu Jaya Indian Food - 116 Bukit Merah View

Today is something that I never thought that I would experience since I have been their regular customers. I ordered my egg masala dosa and plain roti canai but my order was given to me 15 mins later . Customers that Q in line after me all get thier orders , most of them ordered prata. I realized this place is not about following the Q..is the orders. They tend to focus on prata orders as they want to clear the dough in the box faster compared to masala dosa which they make their own dosa liquid . I was disappointed in the way the system goes , I thought as long we Q , is our turn to get the food but it does not work this way for this shop so if you decided to come to this stall and can't wait then don't order masala dosa especially during breakfast time . As for the food , I gave 3 stars, nothing special just normal egg dosa with potatoes. Service wise , they are ok, they are still polite by saying thank you, that's the good part , that's why I gave them 3 stars but their operation system there's room for improvement.
