Besides the location there are a good selections of eateries, cafes, fast food and restraunts for luncheon or quick bites. As for the office it's fully equipped with meeting rooms, boars rooms, office spaces, & cubicles available on hourly basis. All with essential stationary, communication lines, photo copiers, printers, pantry with beverages, wifi and all necessary amenities for conducting day to day business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a bad experience with this place. They will continue to charge on your credit card even if you did not sign to extend the contract. When I alerted them about the issue, they say it is their policy to charge unless notice is given one month in advance. The problem is the contract is only sign for a limited period and this valid for that period. Otherwise why enter into the contract with a period stipulated. I allowed for the charge but gave noticed that no further charge to be made. They still deducted on the second month despite the fact that I have not signed any contract with them and that I have informed them not to charge again. They even said there are charges to terminate the contract which is ridiculous. After much too and fro, they said they will waive the charges and refund the amount they have charged. After more than 2 months, I still have not received the refund. I am sharing this so that others will know and hopefully avoid the same experience.
