★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Core Collective Dempsey since last year. However, I had the most hideous experience on 23 march 5pm when my personal trainer, Lizzie Corbett, kicked me out unceremoniously 2 minutes into our session, as she did not like my feedback about her routine.
I would not go back as the concept revolves around freelancers who rent out the space, giving these freelancers a lot of power over how they treat Core Collective's customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice setup , and spacious . Spick and span.I tried a couple of their reformer classes - Dorcas is technically good , through and painstaking but I was put off by her attitude at the end of one lesson as I wasn"t sure how to put the reformer back(I come from other studios and the machines and protocol are different . I liked the reformer instructor Fen who is also painstaking and very nice. I believe there are yoga and barre classes too. As this is quite a new studio, I don"t think there are so many classes running at present compared to other longer established studios .Also , the packages seem to have shorter validity periods compared to other studios .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I turned up for a class but was thrown out by the instructor due to a "scheduling error" by their staff. Needless to say, I've demanded a refund on my package as I never want to set foot in the place again.
In addition, popular instructors are able to bump off Core Collective customers to make way for their own clients, which is just awful.
Finally, Core Collective doesn't have Whatsapp and doesn't answer enquiries sent via their online form, so you have to call them. Who still uses the telephone in this day and age?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The instructors are very good especially Bego for dance and zumba and Louise for kids class! The ambiance at dempsey is great with free parking and a relaxed feel to it. The only thing that needs improvement is the cleaners need to be more meticulous with the floor cleaning especially before the kids class, as they take off shoes and crawl on the floor alot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly front desk staff, the place is very clean and well kept. Surrounded by nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Trainers are enthusiastic, high quality and diverse training provided. Equipment are in excellent condition. People whom are nice to one another in a friendly community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being able to continue exercising outdoor with proper gym equipments is truly a blessing during the pandemic. Many thanks to Core Collective for making this possible. Having an great and knowledgeable trainer (Ralph Dizon) also helps me propel my fitness journey to a next new level. Overall, a very satisfied experience (although I would encourage that more fitness equipments be added at the indoor gyms (at both the Dempsey and Anson branches).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my first time working with a therapy client here. a beautiful space. the photos are of the therapy room which is well soundproofed and just right setup-wise for hypnotherapy and mindset work. the main area has an amazing gym and workout space.
