S	Stella Soon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a bus coordinator who is easy enough to contact regarding day-to-day matters, but their service leaves much to be desired. Many stories of students left behind, sent to wrong address, charging more money, but providing worse service and much earlier pick up time than earlier company. Earlier pick up time not justified as the bus reaches the school 45 minutes before school starts. Complained several times and requested them to review timing, but all I got was, "I have highlighted to the team and they will look into it." That was more than a month ago, and still no change, or explanation given for the lack of action. At least have the courtesy to explain to your client.
S	SA 1905 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give 0 stars if I could. For any parent or person considering using this transport group for school pickups etc, DO NOT. Driver of PA9126S was speeding down the bus lane (when he is not suppose to) before Concorde hotel and almost met an accident. Bus driver proceeded in a staring/arm raising contest with the other driver trying to turn onto the main road. Driver did not move for at least 15 seconds. I was a pedestrian walking towards the bus stop when this happened.

Wanted to register my child for the school bus service to and fro school but was told ealier that we can start only after 3rd feb as there is no more slot and he will be placed under waiting list. Then, end up today the bus driver called up and informed that he will pick up my child once school reopens on January. So I went to ask this Amelia for confirmation, she told me to call the school instead. So i did and the school told me the opposite of what Amelia has told me and that my child was already in the namelist. So i asked her again and she sarcastically replied me instead. What a joke that she is providing this kind of disappointing service. Firstly, don't even bother to update me when my child is no longer in the waiting list. Secondly, when people ask for enquiries, do answer properly instead of pushing here and there. Nobody is forcing you to work if you don't want to. We have still yet to experience the operation services as school has not reopen yet so can't comment on that yet.
D	Devi pooja on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Year 2020 this company took over the school contract. Year 2020 been paying at $108 the whole year. Now Year 2022 is $128. Called in to ask the staff told me last year the old colleague miscalculated the amount. I asked him seriously for the past 1 year your colleague miscalculated the fare that is ridiculous. I told him the company odd to give a call to the parents who is affected. He simply just answered yes and no apologies.
J	Jin DS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very reakless bus driver CB7048X Driving speed above speed limit when other car need to turn right but he will speed up to block or purposely road hogging when car follow behind going to turn Xtreme lane everyday . He is doing this from Marymount road all the way to Ang mo KIO ave6 which I turn other street can't see where he going. The driver attitude and bad driving habit could possible dangerous to others road user and on board passages. 21-4-22

Wanted to book a transport for my child, one way from her sch but was told off, need to get the driver to study the route for 2 weeks or more. And secondly, the person in charge just say, my daughter can drop off the opposite blk (a blk across the junction). Well, it's for the kids safety when one parent wants the child to be safely drop off at their own blk. 2 weeks is such a long time for follow up. You are suppose to be the first platform parents look for to engage for transportation from the registered sch vendors. Worst experience. It seems the staffs esp the one on the phone desk are not working according to the motto the company has. Such a shame.
