★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was disappointed with the service rendered to me on 28/09/19. I was Host of a wedding banquet lunch at a restaurant at Orchard road 12.00noon. My booking was to pick 30+ passengers at 11.15am on the day to the restaurant. When the bus did not turn up at 11.30am. I contacted William and then I was informed the designated driver was on half day leave and could not pick us. He then started to assign another bus driver to replace and it was already 11.55am. When most of my guests had arrived at the wedding scene, my family and the 30+ guests were still halfway along the PIE expressway. We reached our destination at 12.40pm.
My frustration was if the person in charge was responsive enough to notify me earlier, I could have make alternative arrangements for my 30+ passengers and not till I contacted him then he sms-ed me the reasons.
Very very unhappy!!

I received the bus driver’s information so I may get in contact with him before the time of the trip. The bus arrived on time, the driver was polite and communicated very well with us. We arrive to our destination in a timely matter.
