I imported a Honda Freed welcab through Sgcars4u and Jaye Tham was excellent in the entire process with his knowledge and reliability. Jaye is the consummate specialist and artisanal import executor. No mountain is too high for him. I wanted to get a Tesla Model 3 so I wrote in to him. He had never imported a Tesla Model 3 before and he went about doing the research and became an expert in electric mobility and the Tesla marquee as well as all of the quirks and features that I would have to look out for in my car. Highly trustworthy, and gave timely updates through the entire purchasing, import, financing and registration journey which though affected by COVID-19 was still done most professionally and promptly. 12/10 will recommend, 6 stars out of 5. Getting a welcab car in Singapore is a challenge. Even experienced PIs don't carry them or they charge a premium. After reading the reviews, I decided to take a "plunge". It turns out to be an excellent choice. Not only does Jay keeps me posted (e.g. car was delayed but I know exactly what's the bottleneck through his frequent updates), he also shares my concern (e.g. agree to share risk for deposit when I don't even see the car). He does not have a fantastic showroom (one of the reason that cost is low) but he's definitely a trustworthy sales to buy from. Highly recommended.

Came across Jaye's Sgcars4u when I set my mind and eyes on the new Octavia vRS. It was a Meteor Grey Combi, which in mind is more beautiful than the sedan version. Although some initial reservations about getting it from an importer, Jaye helped cleared all of my doubts and set my mind at ease with his transparency and no-nonsense clarity. From the day I made up my mind to getting the car and sitting in it, took less than 2 weeks. I didn't have to make multiple trips and the process was simple and efficient, no different from getting a car from any AD (in fact better than some ADs I have dealt with). Jaye certainly is knowledgeable and meticulous in his planning making sure no time lost in getting the car to customer. I am very pleased and also knowing I am driving a car that it is one of the rare versions and colour on the road. That's the 'Bespoke' in SGcars4u? . I like the Fiat 500e on his FB (sweet!), maybe the Abarth version would be nice too. I recommend Jaye and SGcars4u to anyone looking for fuss-free, quality service and great cars (even unique and rare) that ADs think that are considered not viable as mainstream.
