The framing price is reasonable. I went on 2 occasions as i had 2 paintings to frame. They gave good recommendation on what col of frame/ mounting board to use. They did a good job as my painting is made of rice paper material (very thin). The framing materials used for both table and wall frames are good.

Friendly and helpful. The staff was patient to listen to my need for the frame and suggested match or compatible frames. Many options given and participated in the decision making with different suggestions. The frames were ready 3 days before deadline. Upon collection, the staff was very helpful to bring out of the shop and loaded into my car as it was big. I would recommend having your pictures and paintings framed here! Thank you!

I had a fine art photography print framed up here. Price was very reasonable compared to other places I asked, and the guys did not try to upsell me. They gave me a few options and explained clearly the pros/cons, advising me on what they thought would be best for me.

These guys are completely despicable, will say anything to take my money. A complete nightmare for me, they overpromised, unable to deliver, do not respond for many days, damage my walls which I now need to repair, installation guys have 0 idea what they are doing. Mid-Jan: Asked for a quote in the store, specified all requirements for the mirror including installation, confirmed they can install on a plaster wall no problem. At the store a very angry man complained that no one got back to him after paying, he was very angry because he called and messaged and finally had to drive all the way there to speak to someone - in hindsight that was the first red flag! End-Jan: Finally get a WhatsApp response, but quote has gone up by $40 apparently this is because my initial quote didn't include installation. OK fine. Had to do full payment, partial payment not allowed. They did not mention this was non-refundable regardless of any dissatisfaction or if they cannot deliver. Mid-Feb: Installation was a fail, 100% clueless guys turn up, they actually tried to hang a big heavy mirror on a plaster wall with 2 small nails that were already falling out on its own already (see video of 1 of the nails) I had to stop them immediately. They promised they will come back with brackets to install. End-Feb: I hear nothing from them, I chase them every few days. I ask them can they guarantee the wall will not collapse and they said it "should be ok". I tell them they need to be sure as it would be dangerous for the wall/mirror to collapse on a person, child or my dog, so he needs to be sure it is safe. Evade my question. Slow to reply. Just confirm they will reinstall. Mid-March: More experienced person comes in to do the installation. Asked if they thought it would be safe with brackets. The installation person cannot guarantee it is safe! We have to cancel the installation again! Beginning-April: They reluctantly refund me the installation fee ($35 instead of $40 so even this they cheat me a mere $5 for what?!) and now I'm left with a huge mirror I need to put in storage because it doesn't fit and I can't even sell it cos it's so bulky. Also have 2 holes in my wall that I need to repair. Waste of time, money and space.

Very friendly staffs and extremely wonderful service experience! Workmanship was wonderful and meticulously crafted. Staffs was very friendly and help, without being hasty when choosing the types of frames. Price is very very good ?????? I will definitely come back if I need to frame more art pieces. Highly recommended!!!
