Overall quality is good. The stylist are friendly and professional. The environment is clean is conducive. Despite Covid-19, the staff took steps to ensure the safety of everyone.

Don't be fooled by the comments. Very bad service. I went there for Brazillian Treatment and wasted my money for that. I have had lots of Brazillian Treatment before and so far, this is the worst. They didn't even completed the procedures for the treatment, just put the hair treatment cream and let it stay for around 30 mins then blowdry my hair, then done. It's like I went there just to throw away my money for some useless service. I've seen other 1 star reviews here and no wonder its like we've had the same experience. I regret that I didn't believe those comments and still went there. But now that I have experienced it, I'm never gonna come back there ever again!!!!

First time went to this salon, was wanted to do mucota or rebonding. The stylist there recommend me to do keratin as rebond will further damage my hair. Keratin Is more expensive compare to mucota and rebonding. As i did keratin smoothing treatment before in 3 different hair salon NOT BY ANGLESEY SALON. All the result was satisfied with smooth and straight hair after doing keratin. So this time i guess no choice i have to go for keratin treatment again recommended by ANGLESEY STYLIST Spend $228 to do keratin treatment. They told me got two choice for keratin treatment. One is blow out keratin treatment or using heat straightening keratin treatment. I choose heat straightening as i was thinking the result will be straight and smooth. Cost me $228 and I THOUGHT IS ALL WORTH IT. End up after 2 days wash hair. The texture not smooth and straight like I nv do any hair treatment at all. They told me keratin can last 3 months or up to 6 months. The texture after wash I think the most only can last me one week or 2 weeks the hair will be back to the frizzy condtion. Complain to them thru facebook. They told me they had discuss with management and they decide to redo my hair. This is why i spend my trip down to the salon end up they told me they wont redo for me as they feel my hair is not as bad as they think and they even told me keratin wont be straight. If i knew the product keratin they use wont be straight. I wont even want to waste my $228 in this hair salon that only can last me for 2 days and my hair condition after wash back to dry texture. WASTE MY PRECIOUS TIME TO GO ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE SALON AND return home without redoing my hair. Neighbourhood salon can do better job than this hair salon. Definitely wont visit this salon anymore. My FIRST AND LAST time. Hair stylist not professional and very rude. VIST THIS SALON AT YOUR OWN RISK.

i got hardsold a $120 voucher for a range of two services which included dyeing hair. bleaching is cheaper than dyeing hair but they just bleached my hair twice (ONLY A SMALL PART INSIDE, NOT THE FULL HEAD) and called it a day!!!! even charged me $80 for hair treatment to protect my hair. i got scammed. they don't look out for their customers at all. DONT GO HERE! rating 1 star cos there's a fake account Angela Tan who rated 5 stars thrice lol

Messaged several times with a person from the salon. Send pictures of my hair and what I wanted to them. Along several times for them to confirm that the voucher from Fave was enough to cover the cost of the treatment that I wanted, they said yes. They confirmed twice that the voucher was enough. I set an appointment for the consultation, travel AN HOUR to get there. Then when I show up I get a 1 minute consultation saying I need 3 rounds of bleach - I have dark blond virgin hair- and its very thin, I have never had more than 1 round for it to go white, buts its been several years since colouring. I know that's too much. Then he says because I need 3 rounds it will be more than 380 sgs. He also told me that the voucher wouldn't cover it and I should ask for a refund and pay them. I travelled for an hour to get there! And I was told twice that the voucher would be enough. Terrible service.

It was truly unpleasant experience in this saloon! I don’t mind to pay for the additional chargeable hair colour despite the limited choice of the hair colour (mostly black tone) available for fave voucher customer. The hair dresser was sharing with me about my scalp condition and I acknowledged that i have to take care of it, and the other hair dresser gave a sarcastic remark “don just said only, must take action”, and both been very rude during the whole process of hair do! To be honest, I felt she purposely splashed the water in my ear when washing my hair! I didn’t said anything throughout the process! While blowing my hair, the hairdresser can command rudely that “don’t move your head” wow! The tone really unacceptable, like shouting to her children! No wonder there was no other customer even it was a weekend! For the amount of the fave voucher, I would have purchase any coloring products from any store Eg Watson, Guardian, NTUC etc and colour myself at home than receive this kind of service! Seriously

Got my hands on a $100 voucher to do hair services ranging from rebonding to colouring. DESPITE rebonding being listed as $98 on the website, they charged me $198 for it, which makes the voucher useless? Because they said they couldn’t charge me “$98” and they up-priced it intentionally. Dishonest hair salon. False advertising. DO NOT come here. Reading other reviews they like to up-price their services without telling one. Until the service is charged. Also fake reviews by the hair salon owner as well.
