I ended up with a skirt that fit me and another one that was too small. Having admitted that it was a mistake on their part, Shanghai Uniform’s team was attentive to my situation and even proposed a reasonable solution to this dilemma. Safe to say that I was very impressed by their professionalism and service. It was a pleasure doing business with you!

The team from Shanghai uniforms emailed me to notify me on the failed delivery, but I didn't check my email until 5 days later, by which time it was already 30 Dec. It was my mistake and I resigned myself that my son's uniform would not arrive in time for school - but the team at Shanghai made the extra effort to locate my order, and sent me another email at 12+am to tell me that they managed to retrieve my parcel from the courier. The uniforms were personally delivered to me the very next day - on 31 Dec itself! To the team: Thank you so much for your help and going to extra mile for your customers, 10/10 for service and helpfulness!

Luckily I was able to book an appointment through their website to go down to the company for an exchange of the uniforms. The staff were very nice and helpful. They helped my child to take his measurements and allowed him to try the uniforms out in the nearby toilet. We managed to get all the correct sizes in the end! Looking forward to the new school year! Shouldn't you all anticipate the numbers? What will the kids wear? Wash every day till it is shabby? Disappointing and time wasting

Due to covid, they also struggle with their delivery. I emailed them and they reserved for him, help to arrange the collection time too. I like to thanks them for their great service.

Was told that certain sizes of my uniform is unavailable due to shipment delay, so they get me to write my parent’s contact details. Got a call last week that the desired uniform sizes had arrived. Went down to purchase the remaining . Staffs are very friendly, patient and kind to help me exchange when I want a different size even though they have many more customers to attend to. Once again, very nice and wonderful customer service and experience.
