S	Siruste Vijay Prasad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That Aunty (Owner) she is only money minded! I signed up for facial package which costs few hundred dollars and its for 6 sessions. All i attend was only one session and my skin became "bad" so i was kind enough to let her know my situation and requested her to let my mom take the balance 5 sessions instead of just asking for a refund. That useless woman denied my request and said since, the package was signed by me, i have to use it or leave it! She was very rude to me. My money was simply wasted! Before getting money~very sweet talk...after getting money~true character came out! சாந்தினி, எனக்கு நீ வச்ச செலவுக்கு கடவுள் உனக்கு வைப்பாங்க ஆப்பு!
A	Ann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really poor quality !!! Unprofessional and untrained staff! They cut the skin while threading / burn you while waxing. You get rashes the next day using their products. They reuse towels the full day for all clients without washing ! But charge a hefty price for the poor service!!! Horrible!

The facial room was dumped with old furniture and other worn out items and the atmosphere there was not at all pleasant for facial. The owner was not there and the staffs were busy chatting in the phone. The girl who did facial put steam for more than 15 min and left unattended. Massage also was not professional. She completed the massage in just 5 min and put the face pack and left me in the room for than 30 min. None of them attended and my face pack was tooo dry and i had to get up from the place and go and call them to wipe the pack. They were still chit chatting in the phone. Poor attitude towards customers , poor ambiance and unprofessional. Overall it was a worst facial experience i have ever had. I do not recommend this parlour to any of the customers.

C	Charity Eshia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a good first experience with their hotoil treatment. I came back 2nd time bringing a friend but they didn't inform us that steamer was broken, instead tried covering it up that "actually" it's not needed anymore. It was a great first but no consistency.

But the staff were so lame that pedicure seemed like normal wash at home. Would not take any of their service again. Shaudy products, unhygienic as well.
L	Lavanya Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had one of the worst experiences at this parlour. The staff doing the manicure was not profefessional. I sustained a cut during the manicure as she was too rough. I also developed a rash after a half and hour, due to the hand scrub they used. They told us to wait for 15 mins for the nail polish to dry but it did not dry even after 45 mins. Also I left a message for the owner to call me back but the staff there were covering up for one another. I got a call from the lady who did my nails instead of the boss and they insisted the boss is too busy to speak. Overall its the worse experience I have ever had.
