r	reedi80 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst car wash in Singapore in terms of service. Three workers there and only one (younger) Chinese guy seemed to be working. Three cars in front of us and waited way over an hour. It was clear they did not care and did not want your business. Won't be going back.

Staff says no more ATM , I told him that the sign shoild be removed because it is misleading. He cunningly replied :" signboard only show UOB, didn't say UOB atm, so nothing wrong". Such unhelpful comment from shell's employee.
l	limdes75 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carwash service getting from bad to worst. Waited more then 20 mins to move 1 car and almost 2 hour to get my car wash with only 5 infront of me. This is the last time I going back after supporting them for more then 10 years.
G	Galaxy C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ made purchase through grab mart because I need lighter And add in so many items for the delivery. Ironically, the lighter send by shell is not working at all! Shell sent faulty lighter! Please see photo that even full press the lighter is not Switched on with fire. Please made refund to me for $1.50 lighter. Pretty upset because out of whole order I need the lighter. Paid $6 grab delivery for items to delivred for 1km. Pretty bad experience to order anything from Shell Staff should have checked items before arranging for delivery!
