I had a most disconcerting and unpleasant experience at the above earlier. I am a regular at the station, due to its proximity to my home. I had used Apple Pay twice (with receipt proofs) at the station last month. However, when I was at the same station earlier, I was refused Apple Pay and even threatened with using my smiles points to pay for the petrol. When I questioned Norati how she could deduct customer's smiles points without permission, she claimed that she was merely asking. Surely I could tell the difference? She did not believe me when I told her that I had used Apple Pay at least twice last month. I asked to speak with the Manager after she claimed that it was her Manager's instructions not to allow Apple Pay. After much waiting, I spoke to the Manager proxy and he finally allowed the mode of payment after 10 minutes of waiting. He claimed that they were due for a training on Apple / Samsung Pay this Monday and therefore are not ready to accept the mode of payment! In all, I had to spend 35 extra minutes there! My complaint is the way the situation was handled in a rude and coercive manner, with little regard for the customer's point of view. I would have gladly helped if she had asked, but she chose to impose her system change onto me, a customer. Where is the customer service? This station has just lost a regular customer. I am currently using Esso as I have the discount coupons, without which, the brand that serves me best gets my vote. By the way, just to share, cleaning of windscreen has almost always been unwillingly / any old how done on my car whenever I requested. Sometimes, it was not even done, even though the request had been clearly communicated.

Good service and convience location

Quite a good size NTUC FairPrice Express store here with pretty good range of products to buy for "emergency" last minute buy but of course not as well stocked as a "normal" FairPrice store... But.... The employees in this patrol station/FairPrice Express not helpful/friendly (aren't retail store workers should be?) at all. They are always busy doing their things, setting else (not helping another customer!) instead of assisting customers. One even got to wait for them to do their things at the counter (pretty long wait) before they collected payment. Didn't have good experience with them not once, twice but many times when I visited this station/store. As such, I will only go when I don't have a choice with last minute purchase.... 3-star for store product range but 1-star for customer service.

Convenient and located very close to another Shell Station ahead (facing Bukit Panjang direction)

Nice location and friendly staffs. However its been crowded of late since the closure of Esso Windsor outlet

Conveniently located but at times the Que can filter to the main road as it can be busy in the evening.

Attendant just stand there, at an empty pump, didn’t even bother to turn his head to look at my car. The station allows car to park at double yellow line, which causes blockage for car who wish to drive forward to an empty pump
