I am currently at the shell car wash at Chong Pang. The great team just finished washing my car and drying now. I have to say that this team of cleaner is most professional and great. They really went through every inch of the car to make sure it is clean. After washing with water they found some dirt. Then they scrub again. Then wash with water. Found dirt again. Scrub again. Really great team! Wonderful!

Staff did half pass six job. Diluted soap and all dripped to floor. Rubbing dirt on dirt. Not even washing. But good that after I point it out, they resoap car.

24hrs car wash, add $3 for Sonax wax, $5 for tyres.

I have been a regular customer for their car wash as it is the best by far after trying so many others. I haven't had the time to go for the car wash for the past few weeks till this morning, I finally have the time to do so. Prior to the incident that happened this morning, as far as I know, the usual cost of car wash for my SUV is $10. I'll always go for their wax shine too which costs an additional $3. When I was making my payment, the last skinny Indian guy who usually do the last wiping asked for $17!!!!!! So I questioned him how much is the car wash and wax shine, he told me $12 & $5. I was really dumbfounded as surge in price like this is really unjustifiable. I'm not being petty about the costs but true enough as our reviews have said, their standard has really dropped and work is done quite sloppily. Time to look for other alternative.

Great customer service from the attendant Mr Chia, who helped me with the new air pump station and gave me helpful tips on tyre maintenance. Also very patient and proactive to share about today’s petrol promotions, and even brought the promo gift to the kiosk station for me to decide.

Went there for car wash, quite fast, completed in about 15mins. They offer water waxing, tyre and rim cleaning also. Hope they will start offering 24hr car wash. Petrol wise, not much to comment, offers the standard kinds of petrol and diesel. Have a section for pumping air tyres too. Good to do everything at one go. (Wash car, pump petrol and pump air tyre)

Car wash took 40mins on a weekend night. Not recommended with the long waiting time.
