β β β β β The car wash people are rude and pass remarks on vehicle owners. They do not wash off the sand particles on the vehicles esp. the lower part and around the tyres areas. They would wet the vehicle, spray shampoo and straight away spray water wax and then give a rub down. This method will take away the shine from the paint work as the sand is NOT WASHED away. When I tell them not to do this way as it's damaging, they will show their temper and start mumbling and pass remarks on is the customers. This must change.
