Best car wash?? I differ ...keep asking for extra service that i do not want. Ask until i gave up the car wash..how bad can that be. Think for yourself. I wouldnt wanna stop into that gas station anymore even for topping up fuel. All blame goes to the outsource car wash company. Thanks SHELL

1. Polite staff 2. car wash not clean, still have many residue of sap stains on roof and side panels 3. $3 wax is just some liquid spray and immediately washed off, not sure there is any "Wax" effect 4. $9 for a very basic foam wash and wipe down, don't expect anything more

Had a horrible experience with the attendant who tried to snatch the air hose out of my hand and proceeded to tell me that "Go to the bike shop to pump up your tyres". You forgot that cyclists also own cars, and were customers of the service station. If you are in need of a service station in the Siglap area, I suggest there are many others locally where you can get attendants with decent customer service skills that would make your experience more pleasant than at this station.

Carwash has gotten really bad since the first day i have visited them. At night its a very dimly lit area, so even if it isnt intentional car is always full of swirl marks, dirt, anything you can imagine. Staff is always had been nice and attentive but you should avoid them unless its really the last resort.

I happened to be early for an appointment nearby so decided to send my van for a wash. Look at the attached photos and decide for yourself whether you want to go there for car wash. This was after the vehicle was washed and the worker asking for payment.

Worst car wash place. It was already more expensive at $12 for suv other stations only charge around $10. Not sure if the guy quoted me honestly. On top of that, I went there to just wash my car but the guy keep hard selling their tyre and wax add on. He even said my car will not be clean without the add ons. Doesn't even make sense?? End up giving in and agreeing to the wax as I was in a rush. Never going back again.

My regular pump station and car wash place. Pump Attendant Roziah is extremely cheerful and friendly. She'll cheer up anyone's day.

The worst car wash service ever. When the offer to add on wax and tire/wheel was turned down, the staff adopted a nonchalant attitude and performed cursory wash. During drying, he once again pushed for additional service for interior treatment, which was again turned down. Instead, a vacuuming service was requested. Upon completion of service, I was left speechless when the the interior was left in a disarray! The seats were left is varying positions, unfolded, rear seat lifted up and not returned in original position. The cushion/pillow were thrown haphazardly in boot, and boot area not vacuumed! This rogue attitude by Shell’s car wash staff is so deplorable and dishonest! Instead of providing service, all that was demonstrated was their drive to force customers to take up add on services. Avoid this car wash at all cost! There are plenty of other better options nearby.
