★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went today 4plus pm Saturday. Ordered a rojak and 2 popiah at $3.20. Got asked if I wanted $4 or $5 and I said $5. Paid $8.20 and continued to wait until called to collect 2 styrofoam packs packed in a plastic bag. Came home and found that it was 4 popiah and no rojak. Not worth parking and petrol to go back. Everyone please check and don't be like me to trust blindly that the order will be correct. Only 1 person in front of me in the queue and nobody behind..So it's poor order taking as its unlikely that it got mixed up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thin skin, generous filling, sweet sauce, crunchy and fragrant peanuts make a great popiah. One of the best I tasted.
Better value to get $3.20 for two. Some may be critical of the old style look or service but I don't mind. Part and parcel of good hawker food. One popiah down and one to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flavorful and tasty Popiah located in a simple eating house. They also sell Rojak but Popiah is the star. Popiah is full of sauce. One of the best Popiah in Singapore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When something is made from the heart, you'll know. This popiah is one such example. It's insanely good. Auntie, as grumpy as she can be, serves each and every popiah with her heart and soul. The way the popiah turns out this well packed, this well flavoured, and this well balanced, is just impressive. For the price, super reasonable!
Be mindful of the drama that sometimes happen when uncle gets scolded, can be quite cute to watch the bickering happen.
