★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only at Shell, Dunearn Road, Eng Neo. I thought all shell stations are similar, but really proved me wrong. Only one staff who is professional and courteous enough to help me with re-fuelling diesel for my van. The rest of the staffs only approached big and expensive cars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pump attendants will not assist with my diesel van. Only Shell I have experienced this poor service. Therefore I will not use this Shell ever again for my other vehicles. So you lose my business for our company Alphards, Roll Royce Phantom and my personal Lexus RX350.
