Great minimart and always have things I need

Grew up with this minimart around my neighborhood! Price is cheap and affordable with quite a variety of goods (love that they carry Himalayan Sweets). Will continue support!!

I seldom write in reviews but to the point I feel this is necessary. I have purchased two cigarettes from this shop for my family. I repeated to the cashier one Marlboro menthol and one double forward. And I was given two of the same brand, menthol and double blast instead. As I have lots of items on hand and with a bagful of items on trolley. I grabbed and left in a hurry. I returned within 10 to 15 minutes approximately, as I found out one of the item is wrong. I approached the cashier in a nice manner and even offered to buy another item so that there’s no refund required at their end, but I was ignored. I have been treated as if I am totally at fault during the refund process with eye witnesses in the queue. The person who served me with the refund said ‘’ This is a one off request and before you stepped out of the shop, U should check’’ This makes me feel really uncomfortable as this is a genuine case and I am not trying to cheat anyone. Put yourself in my shoes, if you were the person who standing in the position of mine. Do you feel good in front of the others when things happened. Think twice before hurting someone in future.
