★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't wash your car at the Shell car wash. Despite the increase in price to $11.00 now, the attitude of the washer is terrible. My car auto locked by itself and one of the washer stared at me fiercely and asked me "want to wipe inside or not?"
It's like paying money to see their "du lan" face.
Nowadays I washed my car on my own at HDB carwash Bay with water jet and it only costs me 2 dollars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shell station has quite a few amenities. Besides having a nice indoor restroom, McDonalds is available for drive thru and counter service. Only setback is the attitude of the kiosks and counter personnels. Pump attendants don’t attend to you and one has to clean one’s own car windshields. The last time I was there, there was a long line of customers waiting to pay and with 7 staff on hand, only 2 counters were open. The staff were talking and laughing amongst themselves.

I think the working environment of this kiosk is real bad. I have never been to a kiosk without smiling staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst car wash in singapore, don’t waste your money. rude attitude of staff, the guys don’t care as just spray shampoo and splash water, most of the dirt remain and if you ask them - they ask write bad review in FB..really ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hv serviced my car at Shell Autoserve Tampines for a few times. Their normal servicing package is ok. But parts replacement are at least 20% more expensive compared to other workshop. Mechanic will upfront give disclaimer that he will not be responsible for breakdown of you don’t need his recommendation.
