Terrible customer service. Brought my foldable bike over to enquire if they had my tyre size and type and if they could replace it. The guy in charge was standing outside and smoking while he take a 2 second glance at my bike and shake his head, didn't even bother to say a word. I can't believe a proper outlet don't even have something so simple in stock or even bother to talk to the customer. 0/10 don't waste your time here

Went on a Saturday afternoon with no customer in sight. Enquired about foldable bike but the male in charge was totally not interested. Simple qns to when is new stock coming and do you have foldable bike for a certain brand and he could not answer. He said at least 3 “I don’t know” in my short 1 minute visit. The last straw was he said “ don’t waste my time to show you how to unfold the bike if you are not keen to buy and waste my time”. He the walk his way back to the shop and decided for himself that i was a worthless customer.

Was looking around my neighbourhood for bicycle, suddenly thought of this shop. I didn't expect to see this in google now. And not surprising to see the reviews and rating for this shop, I visited this shop 18 years ago, I think I was about 16 years old. And yes, reviewing of product or shop was not a thing back then. Not sure is this the same owner now? But Looking at the review I believe is still the same guy. HAHAHA! So that time I brought in my bicycle I bought from Carrefour. It's a decent mountain bike, for $199. I intending to slowly mod the bike parts and slowly upgrade to a better one. So I have been saving up for quite awhile, and then stuff my wallet with about $1k of cash with intention to mod it with this amount. Yes, with that amount I can buy a new bicycle. But I love my corny looking bicycle frame, those made in china kind, like those you see in Giant supermarket. But I must say nowadays Decathlon has nice bicycles too. So I intend to change most of the parts except the fork and frame. I rode there on my bike from my home, which is nearby. Then I pushed the bicycle into the shop, and was looking at all the cool looking carbon fibre mudguards. After I decided which one to get. I ask the shop owner to install on my bike, then next thing he said to me: "You cannot afford this." Then he proceed to recommend me the cheaper transparent plastic ones, I was like...Hmmm okie, sure. And I asked how much for the carbon fibre ones, he insist that I cannot afford. Oh well, since that's the case. I just take what he offered. I remember it was like $20+ for front & back. After he installed for me, I opened up my wallet with thick stack of cash stuffed in it. Oh boy..I can see his face full of regret why he didn't try to sell me the one I asked for. Maybe because I am just a kid back then he thinks I got no money. But anyway, thanks for helping me to save some money. Afterwards I rode to the other bicycle shop and proceed to spend the rest of the money on bar ends, grips, seat post, saddle, switched V to disc brakes (disc brakes are not a common thing back then and my bike do stands out), pedals, bottle cage, front and rear lights. That is the first time I encounter never judge a person by his/her appearance, real good moral of the story. (After 3 months of riding my bicycle, I dropped my bike and somehow your front mudguard broke.)

Bikes are priced from $200 plus onward to $300 plus and I feel that they are reasonable. Owner is helpful. But I feel that due to the downsizing, stocks might be just nice. I bought a trinx folding bike there.

Refused to service my bicycle even though it was purchased at his shop and there were no customers at that time. Buyers beware, don't expect after sales service from this irresponsible owner. For some curious reason, 2 shops located in Blk 139 also refused to do repairs or maybe they recognized the brand of my bicycle as being sold by SCH Trading and it should have been the latter's responsibility. TO THE OWNER, you're not selling perishable goods. Bicycles need maintenance and if you're not prepared to support your customers, might be a good time to switch to opening a provision shop.

No service at all. The owner refuse to service my bicycle even if there is no customer. He says he will only service/repair the bicycle only if the bicycle was bought from his shop. He claims if he repair the bicycle it's not fair to him, but he forgot that he's selling cheap bicycle that might not be appealing to all customers. He also forget that we are paying for repairs. He should just close his shop, and let others who have a passion to take over.

If can give zero star definitely I'll do so.This owner has no interest in business n only god knows why he open this shop.He will turn away everyone who is there for repairs n only interested in selling bicycles. I bought a MTB from him and after service sucks worst part is problem arise less than a month after I bought.Whenever I go for service he will just roughly check and insist the problems are not problem until it became serious I have to change parts he will carrot me and charge sky high prices.A man with a very bad heart hopefully nobody will patronise his shop as I think his shop looks more like a money laundering place as there is hardly any customers

It is a very kind shop owner. I tried riding a bicycle and purchased it. I bought an inflator. It is a very good product with an air pressure display. Moreover, it is cheaper than buying at a mass retailer. How is your bike feeling? The owner asked me, and it's a very good shop.
