Am a loyal customer of Shell for years, and recently in March, there is a collaboration of Shell with Purewax. I was approached by a Purewax salesman, who claimed that buying a wax package of $200 will provide the wax bottles x4, plus service of a free wax service (as stated on a shell associated voucher given out at your station). Thinking they are associated with Shell, I had full trust in their services and purchased the offer. Since then, I have been trying to schedule the wax service multiple times over the last 3 weeks, and always get cancelled on at the last minute. Kept waiting, refusal to speak over the phone when I call, only conversing by whatsapp with multiples excuses as to why the appointment was not fulfilled. I wish to warn your company of their unprofessional behaviour, and I am sure I am not the only customer fooled. I hope you strongly reconsider collaborating with them. This experience has just tarnished your good name.
