★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given zero star if allowed. Poorest service and attitude ever encountered. My aunt bought a thermometer which reads in fahrenheit instead of degree celsius, confused with the reading, she went back to check with their staff and politely ask if the metric could be changed. A guy from. The store meddled the thermometer for a while and then he told her it is what it is. Can't be changed and that just because she can't read fahrenheit doesn't mean others can't. He then hostility told her off that no refund can be made even when my aunt was not asking for one. Absolutely rude, poor service personnel. An experience entirely uncalled for.

Also, the night cashier auntie was super patient with me as i took a long time to pick the veggies, auntie was also very helpful to answer my queries.
