As an embroidery thread specialist, the Lady owner took time to understand my needs and gave me some Filaine thread to try out for my project. She refused payment because the amount was small. I was totally touched by her generosity and kindness. That’s the difference a small business can offer- flexibility and friendliness. I must say with her help my project was completed well. I am very happy with the outcome and her good recommendation. I will certainly re-visit for my sewing threads. Good service with a kind heart and an understanding approach. Kudos Aunty.

It may not be the cheapest but the quality is guaranteed, especially if you have specific requirements.
The Shepha team is friendly and very pleasant to work with and takes pride in their work. I definitely will use Shepha again for other personalizations!

Goods received on time. Will definitely come back again. They’re a lovely mom and son operation. I think they normally do B2B jobs but they take retail jobs like me too. I had some towels done for party favors.
