Korean photographer, English in pieces. Photo Skill not good at all. Even ask my elder daughter to blow bubble while taking photos with my younger one. Result of the photo only two word, blur and disappointment. Talk about price before you start shooting. Advertise $238 later + $200 soft copy + $30 weekend charges + $100 photo frame + $50 individual photo. Promise To give us CD but never, didn’t bother to ask him cos it will cost another + Many +++ be careful dealing with this guy. Basically, he just want to do a fast job, felt cheated.

I do not normally write reviews unless I am super impressed with a service. Here is my experience with Shine & I: I booked a 1 hour photoshoot for my furkids. My Furkids are not very cooperative type but the photographer is super patient. He didnt lose temper at all and thou the session dragged to 2 hours +, he was still very patient in taking the pictures nicely for us. We are super appreciative of this! In case you might feel this is the norm, it is not, as I had used other photographers (that charged more) before & encountered half hearted photographers that rushed thru work in 30mins. 1st impression of the studio : Wow!! Just wow! And it's very clean! Its fully aircon, and it has a few pretty & nice themes to take pictures. The photographer was there earlier, to on the aircon and prepared in advance before we reach. We could start almost immediate when we reach at 10am. Very punctual & professional! During the photo taking session, it was done positively, in a fun way, and the furkids enjoyed it with no stress. He even encouraged me to change accessories for the furkids. ?? (Which I was shy & hesitant initially as I encountered past photographers that got mad at me for the changing of accessories as it takes time to change them) At the end of the session, he even compile it to a video to show us in a cosy mini room area for the photos he took! ? Very fast and I feel this is a bonus kind of service! ? As he is Korean, there maybe some communication issues due to language barrier.. Just speak clearer, with smiles & hand gestures, I'm sure it's gonna be alright!? To sum it all, I highly recommend Shine & I for a reliable, fun & memorable photo session for yourself, family or pets!❤

We were delighted with how the photos turned out for our 11 months old boy's photoshoot. He put in effort to try making our boy smile, and was able to capture beautiful shots of him at the right times, resulting in the photos capturing his different emotions. Was a little difficult at the start arranging for appointment due to slow responses at times and some difficulty communicating in english. But overall worth the money as the final product is beautiful! (He uses a full studio instead of just backdrops so our boy could roam around and still get his photos taken. The studio also has natural sunlight with its windows, creating the beautiful effects)

Stunning photographs and the perfect way to capture the milestone of our furkid birthday!! Studio has many different themed backdrops and props. Very clean and neat. The photoshoot price was affordable. We booked 1hour photoshoot but it took longer than it. They didn’t ask any extra charge. We only paid the package price as they advertised. We coudnt be happier with the service. All thanks to Shine & I Photo Studio to create such a beautiful and wonderful memories for us!

I had a good time during the photography session...the studio is cozy and the Korean touch makes it stand out from other studios. I was able to see my photographs immediately after the session. And the pictures were emailed to me immediately. I have used a few photographers before and by far this one is the best

Tony is very friendly and welcoming from the beginning. He was also the photographer for my two month old baby. This was a complimentary shoot from another maternity package. However, everything was done very professionally. My boy was awoken from his sleep and was a little grumpy, Tony was patient enough to soothe him and did not force any uncomfortable positions on him when he cries. The photos were shown in a smaller room with a larger TV as a slideshow to give you the feels of the entire shooting process. Knowing that there will be package promotions after the shoot, he went to great lengths to explain and provided a one-year validity of returning shoot. Overall, it was a pleasant shoot and I received the softcopy right at the studio on the spot! Will recommend and have already committed to another family shoot in the future!

Honestly can not recommend highly enough! The whole experience was amazing from start to finish and so professional. Tony was amazing with our kid and the photos reflect just how much she enjoyed herself! We are happy with the final photos.
