★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been a customer of theirs since they started at The Cathay, but everytime I mention it to them they dont seem to remember haha. Anyways I have pierced my septum with them twice because I was on off with the piercing. I have also pierced my naval here. 1st time at The Cathay when they pierced my septum, it was slanted but still fine. 2nd time i repierced it 2 years later, it was done well. But the naval piercing was pierced wrongly bc they didnt take the time to check and make sure it's a perfect sweet spot. Had to suffer the pain again when I went back to get it repierced.
Also I think the down side is that they don't take appointments which I feel like is very important bc they're always rushing which might result in not so good piercings. They should have timeslots and appointments so people know what time they should come instead of wasting a whole day queuing just waiting for their turn. They should also start taking deposits for the time slots in case anyone MIA-ed on them.
However overall is they are not bad.

She was very understanding and promptly answered any enquiries as to the questions I had for the piercings I was getting, she also told me that the piercing was going to hurt right before the needle went through my cartilage. Had a great experience and I would definitely want her to be the one piercing my ears again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did my septum here with no issue! Sterilisation machine was right there to make sure equitment was cleaned needles were all brand new! No such thing as reusing needle! the guy who did it for me did it fast and was painless! 100/100 would recommend! worth the wait if you ask me! ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person who pierced my nose for me was great. I love the piercing. However, I feel like the after care could have been better since my nostril piercing was bleeding quite excessively. I walked out to the road side and it was still bleeding profusely until I had to sit and apply pressure to stop it from bleeding. The bleeding was traumatising. I feel like better care can be given to people who experience odd symptoms, to ensure they are good to leave.

She’s very welcoming and made sure I feel comfortable before the procedure. Every visit ended with full satisfaction. She’s definitely my go-to if I plan for another one! Y’all should too!
