We were browsing through this newly set up shop at Downtown East when we chanced upon a rack full of SingLong products. Pricing is competitive compared to those at supermarkets. Variety was relatively good for us as we were able to buy some of the products that weren't easily found at other supermarkets. We were also pleasantly surprised by their level of service when we inquired about their 马玉山 Green Max brand of multi grain rice. The supervisor assisted us in checking with their team and offered to do a special order for us to collect at their outlet. He had also taken the effort to refer us to other outlets, which we weren't aware of until he mentioned to us today. We had bought a few items today and would definitely be coming back to browse through other Korean products such as soap bars and toothpaste during our next trip. Highly recommended to visit this outlet for quick checkouts of both Singlong products & other Korean made stuff. Feedback on some of the products bought: The taste for the Singlong chicken rice chilli sauce was greatly improved after we added their ginger paste with some sesame oil. I would be trying it out with garlic oil if I managed to get my hands on it. Yummy! Singlong Singapore made Chinchalok is our hot favorite. We swear by it when eating any meaty dishes. Dried seaweed was an instant fix which can be readily added to soups, noodles as it gets cooked when dropped into hot water. Product quality is surprisingly good as it is clean without any visible impurities such as sand unlike some other brands we came across. The seaweed is a nice dark green when cooked.
