β β β β β I'm a regular customer at Ang Mo Kio outlet ( blk 702) but I really got dissapointed by your staff named Eileen Lin cos of her bad attitude,very unfriendly n unprofessional, also other issues relating to attending to customers approached so will only rate n give 1 sympathetic star...hopefully the management will look into the issue(seriously) of the aboved staff name (attitude),I don't think will step into tis pawnshop anymore,also it might tarnished the companies reputation....thanks!

β β β β β Only deserves a sympathy star. I was actually impressed with the services when i bought my watch at the shop. I was then thinking that I would buy more watches from them down the road and also recommend to my friends too.
However, when I discovered that the watch that I bought was not functioning properly, i.e. keep stopping after a few hours.
Went back to the shop at least three times and the issue was not rectified. Worse of all, the auntie who attend to me, gave me various excuses and also claimed that it is my fault. I told them that they don't have the expertise to really repair the watch and wasted so much of my time and money (on petrol) .
They also refused my proposal to exchange another watch of which I will top up the differences.
It is the most poor customer services that I ever come across.
