The One Salon (Ang Mo Kio) - 703 Ang Mo Kio Ave 8

Wanted a haircut for a 8 year old. The basic cut for a child. The sale representative was waiting outside the shop giving away pamphlets. She advice the cut would be below $10. As agreed brought my child into the salon, the hair stylist was out to make money on my child and ridiculously asked for a wash and blow dry was necessary else the cut will not be done!!! I mean it’s a child here we are talking about why would a child require some chemical shampoo wash! She up the price to $30…. Just like that! No skill or brain!

My hair was fried in bleach and literally breaking when combing. It's like the hairstylists don't know what they're doing. Received the ugliest highlights ive ever seen

The staff are rude. And the haircut timing is just very short, probably less than 2 minutes. The barber or their sales representative will spend a lot time promote their product and do hard selling.

They are just simply cut my hair within 2 minutes time like they are so urgent to do another things but there is no customer at all, and the barber full of smoke smell and not professional, very bad experience and will never go again.

This is my first 1 star review, being served by a rookie barber and messed up my hair made it a bad experience. Despite complaining, the barber just claimed that it was completely fine and doesn't even call for assist from others. Please avoid this place

Was served by some lady, only realised she shaved a huge hole on the back of my head when i reach home. The issue is that i feel there’s no integrity here in this shop. The lady obviously knew she messed up my hair but she didn’t tell me and even still got the audacity to ask me buy package. Never ever gonna come to this place again.

Wah.. The One Salon branch in Marsiling was there for awhile.. I was shocked to notice that they have vacated the premise without notice to their regular patrons. I was by surprise that a women convinced me to pay a 6-times cut for an upfront of $30/- 3 weeks ago n disappeared now.. it is a very unethical business practice n customer service.. I now hope that the other branches are still opened to serve the membership... ??????

Wanted to dye my hair red and the person told me that the color i want requires bleaching. She barely examines the condition of my hair and started bleaching. After coloring, the color is nothing close to red and i also notice my hair was breaking while she’s washing and blow drying my hair. My hair is completely ruined and fried! She did not even make any comments about it and pretend like everything is fine?? Eventually I am still being charged for the same price! $200+ for just bleaching and coloring. Not to mention, my hair were literally breaking off and she chose to completely ignore that?! This place is really a scam. It is shady, stylists are lack of professionalism and integrity. Will never visit ever again and not recommended to anyone unless you want to waste your money.
