★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended! Have been patrolling this restaurant for years. Standard never drop. Their tonkatsu are so juicy and crispy. Can feel everything are fresh. They also offer free rice, salad & soup refill. Super friendly the staff even approaching they for refill. Great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shiroi tonkatsu is yummier than expected. With damage around $20 per person, you may expected good serving of tonkatsu, rice, miso soup and cabbage, plus tea.
You may refill rice, cabbage and soup. And the tea too. Good value meal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I read the positive reviews and decided to buy the shiroi tonkatsu tenderloin and another katsu. Both tasted bad. The crust was hard at the ends and the meat did not taste fresh. And the cost was about $18.80 per dish so the less than food court quality was disappointing.
My conclusion is that you're better off buying the katsu from Don Donki just next door instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This eatery comes with free rice/soup refill (think cabbage also refillable but not sure) . I ordered fried kaki set and the oysters were fresh. The cabbage serving was generous, and the radish pickles were good, tasted like home made pickles. Overall I liked the dish and will come back again to try out other menu items

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly really disappointed. They use quality meat for sure but their batter is :( so bad. Thick n hard. It actually taste hard n those kind like rice harden kind of hard. But meat can tell get from don don. It's so bad I feel like crying I spent 22.80 on it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is friendly. Their tonkatsu don with egg was terrific and affordable. The katsu was tender, and the crust absorbed the sweet and savoury egg sauce.
Kindly note if you are looking for something crispy, please do not order the tonkatsu don with egg. It is meant to soak up all the yummy eggy sauce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fried batter can be quite plain but the texture is crispy and you can dip with their tag along bbq sauce. We opted for the pork and chicken Tonkatsu and the pork cutlet is more tender and soft compare to the chicken. Staff are very friendly and the set meal come with free flow of rice, miso soup, cabbage salad and yuzu radish pickles. Yuzu radish pickles is probably one of my favorite as it is a awesome appetizer to kick start your meal. Top up $2 for unlimited cold red or green tea. The service attitude from the team just made the overall dinning experience so comforting and Good ?.
