★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered stuff that my helper received...they only delivered part of the order and took payment of the entire order...ideally, my helper should have checked...but now I am at the losing end. Their phone number doesn't work. There is a Watsapp number that isn't telling me when my order will be delivered. Made a mistake by ordering through them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. They provided delivery time windows and then delivered the items much later, including once at 10 pm when the delivery window was supposed to be 5 to 8 pm. No satisfactory explanation has been given for the latest delivery (they seem to want to blame their driver? Which doesn't really absolve them. It would seem the driver just had too many deliveries if he can't meet their timings.) Been a few weeks now and they have simply ignored my repeated requests for an explanation but are happy to follow up for payment and send me messages asking me to order again. Truly awful awful customer service.
