Pathetic service. They never reply to the calls. Almost 3 months yet to receive the courier. Let alone respond to queries they avoid phone calls...

Pathetic experience... It took 4 month's for consignment to be delivered. Moreover there is no tracking number provided and whatever phone no you get never answers your call. I was in state of uncertainty for 4 months.

It’s “No Star” cargo. If you care about your belongings, stay away from even them. My shipment started to arrive randomly after 3 months of continued calls messages. They neither pickup or respond your calls. Sent in one lot, I received in 3 separate delivery with my last one after 4.5 months of misery. No coordination, but magically I received. Some of my delicate cutlery and storage boxes were damaged. It was overall a bad experience!!

very very worst cargo service...my parcel still not arrived 110days over already. they always said " will deliver next week ". please don't trust them..

Worst Logistics provider in Singapore, stay far from them. My product was sent in August and now its January and still no sign of my courier. I have to keep calling them from India as they wont reply to my WhatsApp msg.

I have used this service. My goods reached on time. Even when they offered to pack my goods, I feel its my entity doing such. So far, no issues.

One of the worst logistics service ever i faced. Almost more than 4 months to recieve the parcel from Singapore to India. 2 parcel placed in Singapore. 1 received after 2 months. Didn't get the second parcel till now (15-02-22). Not at all recommended. Pls think before you place the parcel for shipping. Worst service. Didn't get the proper response from Singapore customer care. More than 30 calls. They provided visiting card which is having both chennai and Singapore. Provided number is not belongs to the logistics service. After we went to chennai office and they told like the provided number in visiting card doesn't belongs to our office number..... Lot of headache. Waste of time and waste of money. One and only Irresponsible logistics services. If you are going to place the parcel with your own risk and tension

One of the worst logistics service ever I faced. I am waiting for more than 2 years but not yet received few item from them. I booked parcel the on 29-12-2019. Due to lockdown I got multiple delivery. I waited almost 1 year to get my 80% of items. I didn't received few items and i contacted Chennai office they said to contact Singapore office. So i contacted Singapore office they said check with India office. but still i am not getting any proper response. Every time i get the same reply "Wait we will check" from Singapore office.
