I have been coming to Regina Central for 7 years for kpl. Their service staff are very friendly and attentive. They are meticulous to go through each step that they are doing so that you are aware. I also like that they always ensure good standard of hygiene and cleanliness.

I've been coming here for 3 years already for their underarm laser hair removal and I must say that the treatment is really effective and I can see the results! If you are looking for an underarm laser hair removal, I would recommend coming to this place as the treatment takes below 10 minutes to be done due to the fast and efficient staff! Not to mention, whenever I come for my appointment, all the staff were really friendly and never failed to make me feel comfortable in the shop :)

Update: Contacted the supervisor Angeline at the branch and requested for a refund for the additional package I signed. The regional manager met up with me to understand the situation from my perspective and what has transpired. The refund process was smooth. Overall, I commend on Regina’s handling on the incident. No negative feelings after this closure. Will continue to frequent the branch. Thank you! //————————// Had a very unpleasant experience at Regina Clarke Quay branch. Pre covid I had 2 existing packages for facial and hair removal service. I made an appointment for facial one weekend and was served by May Ho, a new consultant posted to the branch. During the facial, she kept pointing to me I had dry skin and need moisturising. So i knew it was a precursor to the new package she wanted to push to me later. It was fine for me at that point. Although, previous consultants working there had never really try hard selling any of their packages to me. But mid-way through the facial, she commented that my upper lip was ‘hairy’ and asked if I wanted her to perform a hair removal for me. I had an existing unlimited upper lip hair removal service which I signed quite long ago. She mentioned she read my file, so I assumed it was part of the packages I had. I agreed and let her proceed. The whole facial experience was rather “chatty” and I was hoping to relax and enjoy the process. After the session ended, as expected she sat me at the consultation table and began the hard selling of the latest 12th anniversary package of $1300++. I said I would consider and the answer did not satisfy her. The hard selling went on until I said I would let her know on my next visit. This experience was really a turn off as previous consultants were pretty understanding and I had been with Regina for more than 5 yrs now. Unfortunately, the surprise came when she said I had to pay $288 for the upper lip removal. I said I had an existing unlimited package to which she mentioned it had expired and this new package is really no expiry date…what heck?! Never once she mentioned to me during the facial session that my existing package had expired. Never once she mentioned that I have to pay for the extra hair removal. And also after thinking about it, I had still a small part session (small area for hair removal) which could have been used to offset the extra service she did for me??!! She said they are using new machines now. Does it mean all my other existing hair removal package is also expired!!??? If it is true, Regina is scamming its customers and this is unacceptable. Beware!

Have always had the best experience being under the care of Cynthia at Change Alley branch. Absolutely professional and always making sure I’m treated well even to the small details like setting the right lighting and music for a spa ambience, and making sure I’m at highest comfort while treatments are being done e.g. setting the right pressure to prevent any discomfort. Machines used are always upgraded and advanced and the results just proves it. Highly recommend!!
