Very Responsible . Very Punctual . Charges was within the range quoted over the phone , no hidden cost & very helpful solve some other small issues but did not charge at all ! Other than solving my issues , they still provide me with details how to maintain my floor trap to prevent the choke reoccur . High recommended

Exactly a cheater. Fake company address, over charging for $380 which other company only quote $100!!!!! And most importantly they destroy your own stuff even with no sorry at all. We found it by ourself the next day and they deny it like nothing happened. Pls pls avoid using their service!!!!

Horrible experience. Avoid this service provider for your own good. We had some water coming up from the floor drain. Called this company, they sent someone to take a look. The plumber asked for 750 SGD for unclogging the drain. Yes, you heard it right, he wanted 750 SGD! After I called in the office to ask how come they can charge for such high prices, the plumber came back and gave his "best price" 420 SGD. I declined his offer. The plumber charged 50SGD for coming in and offering something that no sane person would accept. In the end, I called in another company and got things sorted for 80 SGD (everything included). The fact that the plumber can drop price from 750 SGD to 420 SGD tells you this is a fishy company. Not to mention that you can pay someone else 10% of the asked price to get things sorted. And they took away 50 SGD for nothing. Seriously, this company can just go to people's houses to "check", offer something way above market price that no one would agree to pay, and pocket in 50 SGD for their "quick checks". By the way, I asked the plumber, how much time he needs to fix it, he said within one hour. Wow, hourly rate 750 SGD...he must have double PHD, triple master degrees in plumbing... Please avoid them for your own good.

Avoid this company if you can. Can't trust the prices they listed on website, after a quick look they ask for $380 for replacing the relief valve. When I doubt the price they say my Rheem 55L water heater is $1000+, I checked and found that $399 can buy a new water heater including installation. I also asked many other plumbers for the quotation of replacing a relief valve, the most expensive quote was $200 so this company is definitely over charging. If you choose to not use their service, they will still charge you $50 inspection fee for a quick look. This company is registered at a virtual address, so you can't find them and of course no way to ensure your warranty (they put 180 warranty on advertising to attract customer but it's obviously a lie). They never give you an accurate quotation until they come onsite and they will offer a price way higher than market price, if you don't use them they will earn $50 for doing nothing. When I try to argue with the manager this is the answer: "this is how we do our business, if you want to report go ahead."

Called them ask for fixing leakages but afraid that they don't cater to my service so I had to call to confirm. Understand that it's $50 just for them to check which is ridiculous and the service person on the phone is very rude. She answered in short replies without bothering to clarify things further and sounded very angry for no apparent reason. Can engage at your OWN RISK Edit: After checking all their positive reviews, can see that almost 90% of the reviewers have gave 5 star to similar plumbing company so I assume it's probably all rigged ratings to affiliate companies. Super shady business, please avoid

I called hotline 8299 8266. She quoted 50 SGD for transport or order cancellation. She also mentioned repair cost is between 50-150 SGD which she denied later on over phone. The plumber came home and for simple job quoted 380 SGD. When i told him regular cost in market is 120 SGD he started shouting. Very unpleasant experience. Finally i gave 50 SGD and asked the person to leave my house. Now I got another plumber and getting the job done in 100 SGD. I called 82998266 again to complaint but lady cut the phone saying she is busy. DON'T DON'T USE SERVICES FROM SHUN ENGINEERING. Felt like cheated and i think no one can do anything to such companies. SO AT FIRST DONT USE THEIR SERVICES AT ALL.

Called quoted 50-100$, arrived and asked fo 240$. Done and gave no receipt. This is worst service and dont ever call these guys
