โ โ โ โ โ NEVER ENGAGE HDB Plumber! They charged $300 for replacing a toilet pump. When i told him it was as good as replacing the whole toilet bowl. He then reduced the price to $280 and later $250. In the end, I paid him $50 for inspection and didnโt engage their service.

โ โ โ โ โ Poor service , not recommended. Was specific with our request to make sure pipe will not leak after repair , quoted $80 but paid $50 for checking only. If your Plumber cannot certify the pipe will not leak after repair then what is the point of engaging you.

โ โ โ โ โ I am truly impressed by HBD Plumber professionalism and the high quality work. the plumber came on time and despite his youth, he managed to diagnose and fix the leakage problem in less than 10 minutes when I was expecting a minimum 30 min job. he also provided a concise explanation of the root cause of the leakage and how he went about solving it. I am delighted with the reasonable service charge too. Clearly a good service executed with speed and precision, ๅand his company deserve a good review from a thankful customer like me.

โ โ โ โ โ They charge $50 just for coming to your house to give you a rip-off quotation. If you decide not to engage their services, too bad, you still have to pay $50.
The man tried to quote me over $400 for a simple faucet fix - when I said the price was higher than paying for a new set, he claims itโs what his office told him to charge.
?!?!?!

โ โ โ โ โ Never trust guys, very bad experience for me, they spend like less than 1 minute charged me 30 dollars and quoted $200 for a tap repair.
When i checked the material in Hardware shop it was just $5.90 and just changed it myself.
