★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hair was done by 2 stylists, Young and Crystal. I came into the salon with damaged hair and scalp and i only had to show a photo of what i wanted! They were inspired by the photo and proceeded to advise me on the best choice for my hair. I did haircut, highlights and even a scalp treatment that they advised me to get due to the condition of my scalp. I left the salon very happy with my new and healthy hair! Cant wait to go back for more. Thank you Young & Crystal! ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a cut without appointment. Receptionist Jaclyn was kind and polite to arrange for a cut for me after another customer failed to turn up for an appointment. Senior Stylist Mavis was assigned to help me with my cut. She is a very experienced professional (more than 20 years in the business) and made great styling recommendations based on my hair conditions. I took up a cleaning treatment as well as part of a first visit offer. Had quite a bit of waiting time in between each segment which might be because of the shortage of stylists and staff. Overall great experience and service standards. (Cut was SGD 45 for senior stylist which also includes hair wash. With treatment offer, it was SGD 98)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today my Mom & I visited Shunji Matsuo for the first time to get a hair cut. Thanks to our hairstylist - Doris & Mavis for giving us a good haircut. Both of them were very patient, friendly and gave suggestions on what is suitable for us. Thanks to Receiptionst Jacqueline for patiently guiding us. Overall we are satisfied with the service provided to us. Will visit again :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was warmly welcomed into the hair saloon by the friendly staffs. I was served by Shilley & Ken. Both of them were so friendly, professional and have great skills! They initiated conversations with me and showed great customer service. I am impressed with their service. Thanks to them I have a fresh look! This might be the first time I come here, but definitely not the last time. I’m leaving this shop happy! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here and was well received by polite and friendly Jacqueline at the reception. Had my haircut by my longtime hair stylist Mavis of 20+years and winner of quite a few awards. Great cut as usual and good intro to a treatment that is more value for money than the one I was eyeing!!
Salon has well designed layout. Remember to request for Mavis!! Highly recommended and will be back!!
