Sia huat . One of the biggest supplier of kitchen wares . The items maybe are a bit more expensive than loy choy seng. But they are definitely much more well organized than LCS.

It is really a complete shop. Especially about kitchen utensils, food service product, tableware. The service is very good. The shopkeeper always help the customers. About the price, I think this shop is cheaper than the others so why people more interesting to buy their needed here. The location is with China town so easy to find this shop.

All your kitchen needs like plates, bowls, cups etc

Lousy experience on purchase and collection in the store. Step into the store, check with their staff on where to do the collection, refer to the collection point, than refer to another 4-5 staff all over the shop and 15 minutes later, somebody finally bring out the item that I need to collect.

Has good variety of kitchenware, long established name. And maybe that's why they are very cocky, high and mighty when it comes to customer service. Firstly, how they answer their phone calls with a don't care attitude. Secondly, how their cashier handles customer checkout, made me feel they are doing us customers a favor by letting us spend our hard earned money in their shop. To see if this is true, just make a telephone call to Sia Huat Temple Street, and ask a few questions about a product, and you will know what I mean. Or go pay at the cashier with the old lady working at the counter, and see the attitude you get from her. Yes, Sia Huat has the variety of merchandise, but with this BS customer service, they will be the very last shop on my item list, if at all. Incidentally, the same street has other shops that offer similar products, no harm for me to explore more and maybe get the same product with a smile and thank you at checkout.
