The moment I sent in a request for an order I was contacted by Charmaine via WhatsApp even at midnight (because I was browsing late at night) and was so friendly and helpful the whole way through! Booking the tele consultation with the doctor was a breeze with her and I wanna commend Charmaine for being so friendly and efficient and open to answering my enquiries (and speedily too!).
The doctor was also friendly and took his time explaining the medicine to me, much unlike other online competitors of companies that lead female health and wellness. The package arrived in 2 days as expected too! Amazing, and will be back. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would strongly recommend Siena - they’re the cheapest option based on my own comparison, and within a few hours of me filling in an intake form, had set up my appointment, conducted my appointment, and sent my package to me in 4-hour Grabexpress delivery (free). True definition of fuss free. Both their doctor and admin staff were very helpful and friendly.

At first I thought it was a site just for ladies but men who need acne treatment can approach them too. The staff are really friendly and the doctor that attend to me was really nice too. Best of all its through a video call so it saves all the hassle from having to go down to a clinic and queue. Very competitive prices too ?.

I called at night to make an enquiry and Charmaine was very helpful, following up immediately after our conversation to answer my questions, and helping me to make sure I could get a (super last-minute) appointment with the doctor. The doctor called me on time, was pleasant and kind, and the whole process was fuss-free. I got my medication promptly the next day. Thanks Siena! (And Charmaine.) :)

I had my consultation session on a Friday night and received my medication on the coming Monday. The assigned doctor was very patient to all my questions and attended to all my concerns. If you do not have time to visit clinics due to working hours and do not wish to spend hours at polyclinic waiting, I believe Siena is a great way to turn to.
