★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a home-based pre-departure PCR swab for multiple family members including kids. From first contact with the customer experience team (Felicia, Erica, Crystal and Lavonne) to receipt of our PCR results, the team was extremely approachable and accommodating to our multiple requests and appointment rescheduling and the whole process flawless. The assigned swabbers (Kwang Joo and Haiqal) were punctual and professional and we received our results well within the promised turnaround time. Will definitely not hesitate to engage them again in future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient and result was emailed to me in 12 hours. Did my PCR test at 11am and result was emailed to me at 10.50pm the same day. Crystal's service was very good too. She was patient with me and answered all my questions. She was happy to advice me on the recommended time to perform the PCR test in order to receive the results on time and kept the communication channel open with me via WhatsApp.
Felt safe through out the process because we do not need to leave home. Kudos!

He takes time with patient to help me with my health issues and etc…
The services that I receive from him is excellent. He and the staffs are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health.
Thank you for your kindness, especially during the times when I was down and needy. I will never forget your sweet gestures. Highly recommended!???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family was debating if we should head out to a clinic or try tele-consulting with a doctor when we started feeling unwell one after another. I’m so pleased we chose the latter because my 2 kids had fever and were feeling poorly within a couple of hours. The entire process from the moment I WhatsApp Dr Nathaniel Ng was so seamless and stress-free. He offered sound and practical advice (including tips on how to properly collect samples so as to minimise a false negative) and at the same time displayed much compassion and patience towards my family. I was really pleasantly surprised by the whole user experience. I whole-heartedly recommend Jaga Me and will be using them more often in the future! Thank you, Dr Ng and the whole Jaga Me team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Nathaniel Ng was very kind and helpful. I wasn't able to access the Covid-19 home recovery programme and he helped me to contact MOH and ensured that I got the medical care I needed. He was very responsive throughout the day, updating me on the progress from MOH and made sure I got my medication the same day. I teleconsulted with Dr. Yap and she was also very efficient. This is one of the best heathcare I've gotten and I definitely recommend them.
