★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible. Ordered a bag and status indicated delivered but it was not. Website has no support for such situations. It took me 2 hours of navigating around before i found out that the delivery company took a picture of delivery to the WRONG address. I still have no one to call. There is no email. No service. No restitution. I have paid for a bag which i never received and there is no way to reach sift and pick offline. I will be forced to take leave from work to go physically to a store. I do not know if my neighbour will be willing to return my parcel. I am very upset. Do not buy from sift and pick. There is zero channel for resolution of issue except to take leave n go physically to the store.

When you are unable to travel to Korea you can buy it from here! im about to buy a J Marhen sling phone/ pouch too! Find Kapoor bags are awesome too!
