Juliana still found a chance approached me and provided excellent customer service from recommendations to other options and was totally not pushy at all. As it was rather busy and I still couldn’t decide on the purchase she handed me her name card and work contact number to communicate with her if I required further enquires. From Friday all the way till Monday she provided me with all the information and was extremely helpful. She was detailed in her explanation of things and even offered to help me check if there were any factory defects. From start to finish it was a really memorable and pleasant experience at Kate Spade Jewel Changi Airport and it’s all thanks to Juliana. Kate Spade should recognise her contributions and her passion of being a sales associate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last minute I wanted to purchase a bag and the store in jewel had it. Reserved a bag for purchase here. Called up to ask if got stock for the bag I wanted to buy and lucky they have it! A staff named dennix whatsapp me to confirm the item that i wanted to give me assurance. Other stores only left with the diaplay set. Staff at the store is friendly and assitive when I came down to purchase the item. Staff gives useful information about the bag that was purchased. Fuss free deal done, reserved bag and going to store to buy in less than 1 hour. Superb customer service in the store! The shop is well decorated with items sold
