★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero star. Worst place ever to rent. Aircon spoilt. Urined reused beds. Burst pipes that damaged our belongings and furniture. Slow water. Many years of stains with no proper cleaning done. Dirty mahjong table to act as a dining table. Superb stingy landlord that will not change the aircon, smelly urined bed and will have myriads of excuses to save his money. You will regret if you chose to stay here. 100%.
