★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely condo at a lovely location. The vibe of the area is nice and slow, and the swimming pool is nice. Tennis courts, squash courts and clubhouse like every other condo complete the experience. Not seen the apartments, so can't comment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge Houses, open spaces, breezy. Location is amazing: next to ECP, Marine parade road on one side and East Coast road on the other.
One of the least claustrophobic residential areas in Singapore, and still preserving it's quaint charm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi!! Ocean Park is a very nice condominium. It’s right next to the ocean!! So that means you can go to the beach anytime!! I love beaches! Anyway, there’s a playground, two tennis courts and to pools! Maybe go there and check it out!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lively community, residents are mostly owners, two swimming pools (wading for kids and another with depth ranging from one meter to 2 meters), barbecue pits, plenty of open landscaped space and the feature I like best is it is just next to the park connector. It takes under 10 mins of walking to get to the East Coast Park / the beach. OP is definitely one of the better condos at East Coast.

Went to Guard house ask if they have first aid, but guard was more interested in playing his game. No first aid available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the older established condominiums in the east with very efficient layout. Most flats at 2100 sqft. Identical floor plans.
The expat community is very supportive and the grounds are very well maintained. It's huge common area is a place where residents and children regularly socialize every afternoon and on weekends. Great large pool area and greenery where you'll find kids run, play ball, swim and just lounge about. Has a wonderful family community. About 10 to 15 minute bike ride to i12 Katong and Parkway Parade. 8-10 mins walk to Siglap Cold Storage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good place with a large pool if you have kids. The apartment is also spacious and comes with a small balcony. Take the ones facing the sea. The view is quite good. At the entrance coming in from East Coast Road there is a nice gelato place
