★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jogging and cycling path from East Coast with private landed and condos on each side. Not so many trees for shade and construction ongoing for TEL line at one end so I will give it a 3⭐. A few nice playgrounds with kids enjoying. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice connection to East Coast Beach and the Laguna Food Ctr. If lucky, can spot Hornbills and Cockatoos, Kingfishers and maybe if you're really really lucky, even a Macaque ! Lotsa ppl walking their dogs too but keep an eye and ear out for cyclists and food delivery e-bikes.
