★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just like any other condo in Singapore, this one too has a swimming pool, tennis court and other amenities. I go often to play tennis, but the court is in terrible shape, and in urgent need of resurfacing. Houses are very picturesque, and look straight out of a movie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa Marina, is very near to East Coast. We can walking around with safely. I think here is very strategic places ever. And there's have a big swimming pool. Warm and cold water and there have Jacuzzi. Nice place. And i never seen condo liked them. I meant there just 4 floor. So that is not looks like condo but yes looks really same as villa. As long im there im enjoyed my day. Every evening and morning i go to for swim. And i love it so much. Near to Starbucks also. You know, i love coffee. So easy to get coffee and once again i love that place so much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condo is good but it seems like the roofing between floors is thin. We went to a friend's house in Tower 12, Villa Marina. Some guys staying on Level 1, keeping knocking the door at least thrice complaining of noise of kids jumping and screaming, this when the kids were sitting literally in front of us playing board game a along. So it must be the rooting between floors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friend stays here. Pretty okay, but becareful of the side entrance to the car park. The center divider is built weirdly so you can easily mount it if youre not paying attention

Beautiful pool, with Jacuzzi, which is amongst the best in the east. landscaping is don't very well integrated with the surrounding which provides a feel of urban within nature. And nice people staying in the condo which is priceless.
